Return and Refund Policy

At Doms Mattress Store, customer satisfaction is a top priority. While we do not offer returns, exchanges, or order cancellations, we will replace any defective products. Below are the details of our policy:

Replacement Policy

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for products once they are delivered.
  • If a product arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • To qualify for a replacement, the product must be reported as defective within 7 days of delivery.
  • The warranty claims process is handled directly by MLILY through their website. However, if you need assistance in understanding how to file a claim, you can contact Doms Mattress Store, and we will do our best to assist you.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

All of our products come with a manufacturer warranty ranging from 2 to 10 years, depending on the product. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, but does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear. What’s Not Covered by Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse or abuse, such as failure to follow care instructions or improper use.
  • Wear and tear, including rips, tears, stains, or normal aging.
  • Damage caused by water, fire, or natural disasters.
  • Damage resulting from using an improper foundation (e.g., uneven platform or box foundation support).
  • Stains or fabric damage caused by improper cleaning or other accidents.
  • Damage from commercial or rental use.
  • Normal changes in softness or resilience, such as impressions less than 1 inch.

You will need to provide your proof of purchase (receipt) and photos/videos of the defect. Once your claim is submitted, MLILY will contact you with the next steps.
