MLILY Manufacturer Warranty - Non-Prorated

Introduction

Thank you for purchasing MLILY products from Doms Mattress Store. This warranty policy covers defects in materials or workmanship for select MLILY products. Please review the details below to understand your warranty coverage and how to obtain service.

1. What is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for the following MLILY products. Coverage is valid only for purchases made within the United States and does not extend to additional coverage offered by individual stores, distributors, or other points of sale outside the United States.

Products Covered:

  • MLILY Polyester Knit Protector
  • MLILY Dreamer Foam Pillow
  • MLILY Value Base Platform Bed
  • MLILY Dreamer Memory Foam Mattresses
  • MLILY Essential Plus Memory Foam Mattresses

What MLILY Will Do:

MLILY USA will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product found to be defective in materials or workmanship. The warranty is non-prorated, meaning there is no depreciation applied over time.

2. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Misuse or Abuse: Any damage resulting from improper use or care.
  • Failure to Follow Care Instructions: Includes drying in a dryer, using bleach, ironing, dry cleaning, or not completely drying before use.
  • Wear and Tear: Includes rips, tears, soiling, and fabric stains.
  • Damage from Substances: Such as inks, nail polish, cosmetics, bleach, grease, corrosives, alcohol, dyes, or solvents.
  • External Causes: Burns, fire, natural disasters, theft, vandalism, or other insurance-covered losses.
  • Structural Issues: Problems from appliance malfunctions or excessive liquid (more than two pints).
  • Improper Use: Mattresses not properly fitted with the protector or used for commercial purposes.
  • Normal Changes: Changes in softness, impressions less than 1 inch, or uneven support.
  • Stains or Damage: From improper support, "as is" purchases, floor samples, second-hand items, or promotional items.
  • Personal Comfort: Changes in personal comfort preference.

3. Warranty Duration

  • MLILY Dreamer Memory Foam Mattresses: 5 years
  • MLILY Essential Plus Memory Foam Mattresses: 10 years
  • MLILY Dreamer Foam Pillow: 5 years
  • MLILY Polyester Knit Protector: 10 years
  • MLILY Value Base Platform Bed: 5 years

4. Warranty Administration

Doms Mattress Store does not offer warranty coverage directly. All warranty claims and services are managed strictly through MLILY USA. To file a warranty claim or for any warranty-related inquiries, please follow the instructions below.

How to Get Service:

  1. File a Claim: Complete the warranty claim form available at MLILY USA Warranty Form.
  2. Provide Documentation: Submit your original receipt, a copy of it, and photos or descriptions of the defect.
  3. MLILY USA Contact: MLILY USA will review your claim and contact you within a week regarding the resolution.

5. Care Instructions

Mattress Unpacking:

  • Unpack the mattress in a well-ventilated area.
  • Allow 24-48 hours for the mattress to fully expand and for any initial odor to dissipate.

General Care:

  • Protection: Use a waterproof mattress pad to guard against spills.
  • Cleaning: Outer covers are removable and can be dry-cleaned.
  • Rotation: Rotate your mattress 180 degrees every 90 days for even wear.
  • Support: Ensure proper support with a firm, flat foundation and a center support bar if using a box spring.
